Hand Painted Keepsake Boxes
I wanted to display some crafts I've done. So I've decided to start with these small keepsake boxes. They are 2"x 2" wooden boxes with metal clasps. I've hand painted them and sculpted the window detail out of polymer clay. I love making these little boxes. They are fun and easy to make if you already have an idea in mind. They also make great gifts. ENJOY!

Devil Girl Painting
I haven't done a good job of keeping up with blogging. Oh, well... gotta make time for this.
I painted this Devil Girl about a month ago. It's based off a line drawing I had done years ago. It's kinda small, only 12" tall, but it does have a good amount of detail. I used acrylic paints, I used acrylic pens for the line work.

SEO and Facebook Fan Page
I have been pre-occupied lately with reading up on SEO and getting my facebook fan page up. For any of you that wish to learn more or don't know about SEO, I would recommend SEO: The Free Beginner's Guide. It's easy to understand and is a good refresher. Setting up the fan page on facebook is quick and easy too. As you may already know customizing facebook is very limited. I'm researching how to attract more people to that page and also how to keep them coming back by offering user interaction, ie: holding discussions, polls, and asking questions. Here is a guide to get started.
That's all I got today. I need to implement some of things I mentioned. And let's see how it goes!

My First Blog - My First Post: Bleeding Eyes Punk Painting
Yes, it's true. This is my first blog. I guess you can say I'm late in the game. Actually, until recently, I decided that this is the best way for my artwork to be found and to establish a network. (A few articles helped with that decision) My aim is to blog at least twice a week and to show all of you my art, my influences, my interests, aspects of my life and things that intrigue me.
So, here we go... For my first post I want to show you a painting I made for my fiance for his birthday.
Bleeding Eyes - Punk
Acrylic on wood
What can I Say? I know what my fiance likes. He likes girls, he likes big boobs, he likes punk rock. I think this painting captures all that. I need to work on the background a little more... brighten up the red... Over-all,... it's basically done.
